This was the rudest worker she need to be fired she absolutely has no customer service about her. Do not ever book a room here the people from the hotel down the road says people complain all the time and nothing is done .. when families travel 6 hours to come on vacation they do not want to deal will rudeness

I’m currently staying here right now, This place is way overpriced for the very outdated broken condition It’s in. No hot water, Rooms aren’t very clean at all, Floor is nasty, Both washing machines in the laundry room is broken, Tiki bar is out of service, My son has cut his foot twice out on the pool deck because of glass, The pool and the hot tub Are gross, Sand and trash all in them water isn’t even that clear, The shelf in my room fell off the wall when we were in there. The fridge is completely nasty. The blankets on the bed look like they are 20 years old. Breakfast is a joke… Mildew is all over The place, all three fire pits are broken, The tables on the pool deck are about to fall apart, No umbrellas for them, The rooms smell horrible, Trash is all tucked away in little hiding spots all around the pool area… and trust me, I could keep going on a bunch of other things… The only good thing about this place is the older white guy that works upfront!! He was awesome!!! Very nice guy!! I won’t be coming back… Really wish I would have found a different place…. This place needs to be shut down and Completely remodeled from top of the bottom!! Whoever the owner is must be all about profit…. Really makes me sick to my stomach on the amount of money I spent for five nights here, Paying for stuff that wasn’t even available… Just horrible…. Very disappointed that my Vacation spot with my wife and kids was this disappointing… dropped almost $1000 for five nights for This crap…. Also black woman upfront has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. She doesn’t care about anything you say…. I’m charged for things that wasn’t even provided, pool hasn’t been cleaned not once since we’ve been here!! Going to talk to someone that can do something about this whole experience!!! I will be requesting a refund for things I was charged for that wasn’t available, and the unsanitary establishment!! Something WILL be done about this!!

Absolutely one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in terms of the property itself. The staff are all very friendly but the hotel is falling apart. The room was dirty with old soiled and broken furniture and fixtures. Everything is just old and in disrepair. Broken knobs, loose floor tiles, peeling baseboards. Room needs better cleaning detail - hair on bathroom floor etc. the bed sheets smelled bad like body odor. The tub would not drain when taking a shower. The door exiting to the pool was blocked and wouldn’t open, had to go through the game room. The pool had a ton of beach sand in it. A couple of the fire pits were broken and falling apart. The tiki bar was not open even though the web site says it’s open seasonally starting in May. When we walked by it, it smelled horrible. I wouldn’t have ordered a drink there even if it was open! The stairs down to the beach have very rickety hand rails that wobble. When we went down for the free breakfast, the staff said things were broken so not much available. Again, this was advertised with the room rate. Overall, we were pretty grossed out! I want to reiterate that the staff were all friendly and helpful, Antwon at the front desk, a maid, the groundskeeper. But you can tell that the property management is very poor. It’s too bad because the location is wonderful: beautiful and quiet beach, pretty views from the balcony, close to good dining and shopping. Hopefully someone will take this place over and fix it up because it has great potential. But for now, if you care about cleanliness and function amenities, I recommend a different hotel. Safe travels
