Best kept secret in Daytona! The location on the beach is perfect! The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. 3 pools, hot tub, corn hole, shuffleboard and a private tiki bar on site! plus every morning Justin makes fresh cake donuts! served with coffee and juice! I will definitely be back!! Best staff, friendliest people I have met at a resort anywhere! Oh and let me not forget that we saw dolphins every morning and most evenings...plus a rare event...manatee pod came ashore and surprised everyone on the beach!

Great location. Rooms were clean. Beach is beautiful. The hotel is a little beat up around the edges. Stairwell door, for example is old and rusty. But that is the exterior stuff. The room and the beach are great - and isnt that why you are going to Daytona.

Not a great experience . These folks are very rude and say what they really feel . First off the they treated a customer who booked a stay for ocean view and got a street view when they came to check in . Than they told him that’s because he was cheap and cheaper them out that’s why he got the street view and not the ocean view they said besides that it’s turtle mating seasons and who wants to see that . Well we do he said . Plus he rented three rooms which should mean I need three parking spots and only get one . Anyone who doesn’t have a parking pass will be towed . I don’t understand what happened to this place it use to be very pleasant to come here but the people at the desk have no manners and are not being disciplined enough. Believe you me I wouldn’t come here if we weren’t invited to a birthday party for friends and family . You all should be ashamed of you attitudes toward your guests .
