Plaza Ocean Club Hotel

There are several employees who really stood out. First and foremost is Mason who was working the desk when we arrived. He handled a customer in front of us with so much patience and kindness. What an asset he is. Also Kevin at the front desk was very kind to us. A wait staff member Brent who was bartending one day. So much fun and made everything just right. Lastly, Michelle in the restaurant. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure. Someone is doing something right as every employee we encountered was attentive and kind. Good work Daytona Bch Renaissance.

A superb first class hotel right on the beach with a beautiful oceanfront pool and a wide beachfront. Breakfast was excellent and the room was spotless.

The Renaissance hosted our Global Sales Meeting recently. I could not recommend the location any more for business, personal travel, etc.. The location on the water is pristine. The facilities are new, refreshed and luxurious. The staff from Susan to Karen to all of the serving staff, Nick and Kaitlin stand out, were all fabulous to our group. The meeting execution from meals to space were executed flawlessly. On time, great presentation and receptive to any changes to meet our needs. Again, Nick stood out as he supported our meeting for two days and met any of our needs. Again, well done Renaissance Management and Staff!! Glad I chose this location for our team. Thank you.
