Not worth the money. unusable laundry facilities, empty vending machines, building supplies where children had access, woman got stuck in elevator for about an hour. Rude or impolitic staff. Busted up garbage cans in the room. Hot tub was broken.

I have been going to the Sun Viking for several years and the quality has decreased a lot over the last 2 years. I paid more to have a room facing the outdoor pool and it was by far the worst room I have seen. A lot of kitchen items were missing. The room was originally cleaned in a "rush" with a lot of dust on the fan blades. Kitchen floor still dirty. Exterior door that has to be slammed to be able to close it. There is no longer a housekeeper who comes by systematically; you have to ask for it in the morning. Video game room closed. Slide still not rebuilt since the hurricane, that was 2 years ago. The hot tub was not heated. In short, I was very disappointed. My 11-year-old son and I will look elsewhere next time, probably.

Long time repeat guest. But it’s run down, elevators broken, room next to ours was under maintenance the 1st day loud noise greatly disrupted our stay. The AC in our room continued to turn off making it impossible to keep our room cool. Our room keys stopped working and the ceiling was broken. The walkway from the elevators to the indoor pool smelled like pee during the 2 days and was never cleaned. It’s not the resort it used to be. Save your money and stay away.
