The Acapulco

I purchased a cabana resort pass for myself and three friends. We were treated by a woman named Indira. She was so pleasant and welcoming. We understand that in the business world, employees are expected to provide good customer service and treat customers well. However, there are also people who are simply genuinely kind human beings and that is incredibly valuable to any business. Indira’s kindness was clearly natural and sincere. We told her about a recent, extremely negative experience we had at a Hilton, and it was obvious that she genuinely cared. She did everything she could to make our visit at the Delta Hotel outstanding. Indira is a wonderful representative of the Delta Hotels by Marriott brand and this woman truly deserves a raise! Thank you, Indira, for your hospitality and genuine kindness. We will absolutely be back to this location because of you. P.S. The resort is beautiful and very clean!!

Awesome! Great facility and great job to Indara

Nice place to visit. Welcoming staff. Clean rooms. Nice pool with outside walk up bar. Our only complaint is the elevators are very slow. Couple of restaurants walkable.
