HAMPTON INN & SUITES DESTIN-SANDESTIN AREA, FL

Please save yourself by not staying here. It is not clean!! Had urine on the seats, trash on the floor and even the staff confirmed they were having issues with housekeeping. Even the hallways and elevators were dingy and dirty. It sadly put a damper on the vacation and I want to save others from the same experience

This hotel is in a transition to Holiday inn express. I booked Evoke as a 3 day rest break during our road trip. We were informed 3 weeks before our stay that the hotel would be IHG owned. Being an IHG member I wasn't concerned. Sadly it didn't live up to the standard I'm used to. The room was a good size and bed very comfortable. No facilities to make coffee. The hard floors make for a noisy stay. Breakfast was a let down, very little staff and replenishment was slow. No pool furniture so not really able to relax pool side. Pool appeared to be used by persons not staying at the hotel. Overall not a great experience.

Room was dirty nether bedside lamp worked bed full of sand and dirt the sheet are so worn you see the mattress Through them oh and no mattress pad lobby restroom was a mess.i was told the General manger was going to call me that never happened please do the right thing and stay any where but here !
