ResortQuest Rentals at Gulfview Condominiums

My family of three stayed on the third floor of these condos. It is a great condo, clean place. They have a community place to grill. 2 pools that are great. A nice balcony with a side view to the ocean. We get access to a private beach. Which makes it not as crowded on the beach. Condo is small but clean. Beds are comfy. There is a place to wash laundry.

Let’s start with the positive.....Is very cozy for a small family. Great space very convenient to everything. The beach is also easy to get to and super close. The kitchen is equipped with everything u need even a keruig. NOW.....this place was advertised as resort style. I would not advertise that. This is a 3 star hotel/condo at. The surfaces were clean but cabinets and furniture had spills on the facings. Bleach smell when we walked it. Lots of furnishings and decor was rusted. Things that i feel are very easily changed out like mirrors and refrigerator shelving. Plus the door in the fridge was duck taped together. Then i accidentally dropped my charger behind the night stand plugging it in. It fell into a puddle of something that has trapped anything else that has fallen behind there for who know how long. I then looked under the bed and dressers. It looks as if no one has moved or cleaned under them in awhile. I wish i hadn’t looked. I didn’t walk on the floor barefoot again.

This is a nice little unit with typical beach decor and sleeping arrangements. It was clean and tidy and was fine for a quick weekend visit. There are two bunks in the hallway which is typical for this area and a room with a queen size bed which was SUPER comfortable. It also has a sleeper sofa so the unit can sleep 6. It has a counter with stools at it and a small galley kitchen. The bathroom has been refreshed and is a good size, nothing fancy but nice enough. Sheets, bedding and towels all clean and plentiful. Late arrival was no issue as packet was left in a drop box and code was sent by text. This unit has a patio with a view to a row of air conditioners and another building, but it is right across from the beach and has private beach access and two swimming pools. All in all it was a very easy stay.
