ResortQuest Rentals at SunDestin Beach Resort

We stayed in unit 401. The box spring was broken, a lot of the light bulbs were out, and the bathroom sink was stopped up. Two of kitchen chairs at the table were almost broken and were not steady enough to sit on them. The balcony had 3 chairs in very bad condition and one of them could not be used . The property management has never called nor offered us another room after the complaint issued the first full day that we were there. This was a terrible unit.

Awesome place to stay! They are at the very end of renovations and everything is clean and bright. Great unit! Clean and well equipped. The bunk units are definitely made for adults but kids won’t mind- will stay here again!

This place is was now what we expected. We stayed in 1807 for a few days and the resort is under construction. While our room was on the 18th floor with a great review, the couch was horrible. It's a sleeper sofa, but you can tell how worn out and distressed it is. The bed was not comfortable at all and the dresser was always jammed when trying to get your clothes out. The bedroom is near the front door which made us hear the traffic all night plus people as they came home/ woke up early talking and making noise. There isn't a ceiling fan nor a stand up fan offered in the bed room, so I felt like that should have been offered. There are no washing machines in the units, but you can use quarters to wash your clothes outside near the elevator. The restaurant that's located inside the resort is not very great. It reminds me of a cramped diner. Smoking isn't allowed, however, someone smoked weed for their balcony the whole time we were on ours. I felt like this place is not as nice as the pictures on here. Maybe a long time ago, but now it's not. Oh, some of the staff at the front desk were very rude too.
