The Terrace At Pelican Beach

My stay at the terrace would have been excellent unfortunately I had a neighbor in unit 506 that was smoking in his condo and that's all we can smell the entire time not to mention people in and out and you can tell they are on some kind of drugs I think they should remove him from the premises
