Best Western Plus Manatee Hotel

Very rude staff room never got cleaned kicked out of the lobby multiple times pool was always locked

The people were super nice and helpful when needed. Only comment is the gym is out of date. Just make the drive if you plan on staying in Anna Maria. This hotel is cheaper than a resort and gets the job done.

The room was over scented, like it was trying to cover mildew smell perhaps? It was in desperate need of a deep clean, dusty everywesr...lamps, bathroom sink vanity...the bathroom fan was so dusty..practically blocked. The bed skirt was wrinkled and poorly put on. When I asked for a TV guide at desk I was given papers covered in plastic that I didn't want to touch. It was filthy. Never again...the price was high...
