Amelia South Condos

We had a short stay, the ocean wasnt cooperating. I was grossed out when I saw black curly hairs in the corner of the bathtub! The rest of the room was very clean as far as I could tell. The male receptionest that checked us in was not the friendliest of people, but the lady that checked us out was nice. Not as nice as the price was!

A great beachside hotel! This is the third time visiting here! You can’t beat the price! Clean establishment with friendly service! Typical hot breakfast! No complaints. It’s right at the beach, you have a great restaurant across the street, Sliders Seaside Grill & others. This hotel is just a ten minute drive from downtown Fernandina Beach! We will be back!

I have always loved this hotel but will probably not be staying there anymore. They now charge their customers to park there during their stay. Our room was an adjoining room and we could hear the conversation next door at 8 am like they were in our room. The manager was not friendly at all. The breakfast was great! I don't understand why they only have full sized beds. There are no vending machines. You have to buy from their gift shop and pay twice as much.
