Oceans of Amelia Condos

If you’re looking for ocean views just steps away from the beach then you’ll be pleased with this location. The facility is not brand new but is very well kept. The rooms were clean and kitchen well stocked with dishes/pots/utensils. There was a washing machine and dryer as well as a dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. There are 3 floors with stairs and also an elevator. Each condo has its own balcony and parking spot numbered. The only negative is there is no room for an extra vehicle. The pool is a little on the small side however it is well maintained. The office staff were friendly and helpful. This location provides a private beach area which gives you ample room to enjoy the sun and sea without feeling cramped. There were lots of sea shells and we also found shark teeth! Will be returning!

Had room on third floor. Wonderful view, but the condo itself was very outdated. Bathrooms were especially ragged, with rusty drop ceilings, dirty caulk in the showers, the usual lack of upkeep and maintenance. Paying this much, you expect more of a well-kept space. Amelia Island is worth the trip, but not this place. Nothing special, at all.

311 Condo was nice in general. Could have used some updates. Needs new carpet or better yet wood flooring in bedrooms. King bed mattress was ok. Needs nicer, softer sheets. Extra pillows also would have been nice. Overall clean. Nice pool and view of Atlantic fantastic!
