I stayed here on July 3rd. in room 313 The Hotel was very clean and pleasant looking, there is a hotel bar that opens up at 5:00 p.m. there's also a restaurant that sells food. when I got upstairs to the room the room was very clean the bed was very comfortable and the office staff even went out of their way to help me find a luggage cart because there were none in the office when I got there, overall it's a very nice place and I will stay again if ever down there. They have parking for oversized vehicles on the street and there was a semi truck parked out there. I myself am a truck driver and it is very very tight if you're in a semi truck

The night of May 7th, 2026, we were offered a complimentary overnight stay and two $15 food/drink vouchers at Cambria in FLL due to our flight delay. Unfortunately, the receptionist on the evening shift (we arrived around 21:00, and I will not mention her name) was incredibly rude and by no means hospitable. She refused to help me redeem my vouchers correctly, even though I was trying to explain that my remaining balance was enough to cover the items I wanted to purchase. I later found out the next morning during check-out that, despite my explanation regarding the taxes and remaining balance, I had still been charged extra for some of the items. During/after check-in, while I was trying to calmly resolve the issue, she would repeatedly stare at the computer screen and almost completely ignore me. At one point, I politely asked her to at least look at me while we were having a conversation about the problem. She responded in a very aggressive tone, repeatedly saying she had no time for me. Thankfully, Debbee from the restaurant was kind enough to step in and help explain to the receptionist how much balance I had left after already using part of the voucher at the restaurant. Exhausted from the entire day and the stressful travel situation, I eventually decided to leave the voucher issue aside. I even asked the receptionist if she had a bad day and whether she wanted to talk about it, but that only seemed to make her more upset, so I decided to go to my room. As I walked toward the elevator, I could hear her mumbling words under her breath, which I will not repeat here. The following morning, another receptionist kindly helped correct the outstanding balance on my account, and manager Laura E. was extremely helpful and professional when I explained what had happened the night before. She genuinely listened, showed understanding, and assured me she would address the matter appropriately. On another note, the hotel was very nice and clean. The food from the restaurant was also delicious! 🍔 If it were not for Laura, Debbee, and the kind morning receptionist, I would have left with a very poor impression of the hotel and its service. They completely changed the experience for the better. At the end of the day, we all have difficult days, and I understand that. However, in hospitality especially, it is important not to transfer personal frustration or negative energy onto guests who are already dealing with stressful situations themselves.

Only stayed here for 2 nights post cruise. Paid a decent price but the rooms are in need of refurbishment. All the draw handles and light base had rust on them! The vanity that held the fridge, microwave and coffee machine looked like it was in a flood. It had major damage on the side and the laminate it is made of is peeling. This definitely doesn't belong in a hotel room! The bathroom was surprisingly good. As another reviewer said, the room felt damp even with the ac running. The good points were, nice staff, free parking and the location is right of the highway.
