Comfort Suites Airport & Cruise Port

We had a major theft occur at this hotel. I have tried speaking with Rosa, general manager to report the theft and she has been rude, sarcastic, lying and extremely unhelpful. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The location is excellent near the cruise port. Lots of fast food and restaurants in walking distance. The best part is the kindness and attention from the front desk staff, Alex and Nate! Super friendly, helpful and kind! Exactly what we needed after a long flight! it's the people that make the brand. Keep up the good work!

I am here for a cruise as I am sure many are. I just flew in on an overnight form LA and showed up way before check in hoping to get lucky and get into a room within a few hours before check in. However the ladies Alex and Dona who were at the front desk this morning got me into a room within 15 minutes of my arrival. I don't need much except a clean bed and room and that is what I got. I look forward to the rest of my stay. Also I was helped to the elevator with my bags because I had a cup of coffee and two bags. The ladies were very nice and helpful.
