Front desk staff very accommodating and always busy, but polite.

They offer a minimum and elementary breakfast. Just after you pay for your stay you will be presented with a sheet with specifications showing that the room service is performed every three days!!! Shameful. The room is good. The bed is comfortable. Free parking is available on site. I would not return or recommend

Our stay at Comfort Suites Sawgrass was overall satisfactory. The staff was friendly and attentive, which we genuinely appreciated, and the property appeared to be located in a safe and well-maintained area. Parking was convenient and included, and we did not observe any concerns regarding security during our stay. The room itself was comfortable, particularly the beds, which allowed for a good night’s rest. However, the property would benefit from some updates. The sofa bed felt quite dated, and we did encounter a cleanliness issue upon arrival, including an insect in the bathroom, which was not a pleasant first impression. Additionally, housekeeping services were not provided during our stay. From a location standpoint, it’s important to note that the hotel is situated some distance from key destinations—approximately an hour from Miami and about 45 minutes from the beaches near Fort Lauderdale. That said, this was a conscious choice on our part to stay away from the busier areas. Breakfast offerings were solid, with a variety of options including coffee, juice, pancakes, bagels, yogurt, eggs, sausage, and waffles. We also noticed that the maintenance staff appeared proactive in keeping the property in good condition. Overall, this hotel offers good value for the price, especially for travelers primarily looking for a place to sleep and shower. With some improvements in room updates and consistency in cleanliness, it could provide a significantly better guest experience.
