Harbor Beach Inn

I received an email from Expedia that my reservation scheduled for March 2019 was cancelled due to force majeure. The phone number is no longer valid. Not a good time to cancel with spring break prices skyrocketing.

Horrible customer services. We booked threw Booking.com for 75$ and when we got there to check in they said it was 170$ So, we stayed and TRUST me the rooms were not great Mine room had no air on for who knows how many days so it took all night to cool the room off. The place is just a mess. I WILL NEVER STAY there again. Also they speak NO English.

Very disappointing. Was certainly prepared for a low end budget motel. The real issues arose when I was unable to turn my shower off in the morning (handle broke) and the tub began to fill with water. I had picked up my keys from the property up the street, but quickly realized that there was no contact number posted in my room or the door to the front office. I tried the number listed for the property and it was DISCONNECTED. I walked up to the other property to find that no one was at the front desk or answering their phone, either. I was in town for a conference, so I left and was eventually able to find staff later in the morning. They didn't seem to care about the potential for damage to their own property, much less the fact that I had spent an hour running around trying to find/call someone. My travel company has been unable to get in touch with them either--would suggest you avoid this GHOST MOTEL.
