Hilton Marina

Always have a great experience when I visit the Hilton Marina. The staff is exceptionally welcoming.especially Omar,, One the managers. Josh, Mike and Kim and Anae are so warm to everyone. My husband and I so enjoy interacting with these beautiful folks. They all make us feel like we are returning home. Thank you guys! For always personifying wonderful experiences Andy and Katrien

It was a very nice hotel. The only bad thing was that we left some items in the closet. Two shirts and one Columbia raincoat. We contacted the Hilton (on 8/6/2026) about three hours after we left the Hotel. We provided a picture of one of the expensive shirts and a desciption of all of the items. There was a very minimum effort made to locate our items. I was very disappointed that the Hilton staff had such a cavalier lackadaisical attitude about our items. I should also mention that we always tip the housekeeping staff well. The value of the items left in the room was about $400. We will probably go to a Marriott Hotel next time.

Had a really good experience at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina and wanted to give a shoutout to Christopher from Security. I had lost an item somewhere at the hotel and called Security to see if anyone had found it. Christopher answered and was honestly super helpful. He even went to check the area where I thought I might have left it and stayed on the phone with me while he looked. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find it, which sucked, but I really appreciated how much effort he put into trying to help me. He could've easily just said nothing was turned in and left it at that, but he actually took the time to look around and seemed like he genuinely cared about helping. He was also really friendly and easy to talk to. I honestly wasn't expecting that level of customer service from Security, but he definitely made a good impression. Even though I didn't get my item back, I was still really happy with how everything was handled. Definitely had a good experience with the hotel and would stay here again.
