Hyatt Regency Pier 66

Stayed here for the first time although we had some issues the management here was able to rectify the issues and my family and I were very happy. Special shout out to one of the staff members by the name Ben who was very helpful.

Best hotel ever. Could not fault a single thing. If you ever get a chance stay here. Top quality. The room, the pool area, the gym, the staff, all outstanding. This is what you call real 5 star!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the amazing Mike—also known as Uncle Mike—the hotel’s Director. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We were surprised with a room upgrade, and he interacted so warmly with our son, even taking us to the gift shop and surprising him with gifts. In the morning, he invited us to return the next day, making us feel like family. Out of all the hotels we’ve ever stayed in, we’ve never experienced this level of personalized service. The amenities are top-notch, and we couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend Pier 66 for an unforgettable stay!”
