Crestwood Suites - Fort Myers

I checked in on6/13 and had an extremely frustrating experience. No one was at the front desk for 15–20 minutes, even though I had to return to work. When the manager finally came, I tried to explain I’d been waiting, but she became defensive and dismissive. On top of that, I was told housekeeping would come Monday — which was included in my fees — and that service never happened. I didn’t feel respected as a customer, and the lack of professionalism was unacceptable. This location needs better accountability and training. I would not recommend.

Bait and switch, the pictures are no where near what you get. The kitchen has no pots, pans, spons or forks. The is not real, the head board is screwed to the wall and the bed frame is a pull out, no box spring. The front desk is nothing but excuses.

Hurricane Milton was coming and we live in a flood zone. Desiree at the desk told us to wait a little longer to book just in case the hurricane turns. We called back to book and we're told they closed for the hurricane because we waited every other hotel we could have gotten was booked solid.
