Island Echos Condominiums by Wyndham Vacation Rentals

3K Island Echos needs some attention. We found many things that need repair. Or replacement. Does the Southern Vacation rentals management ever visit the units they manage? There is mold on the window facing the gulf. A big hole under the front bathroom sink. An insulation falling out under the sink. We stayed at Island Echos before and never had any of these problems in another unit, but I were you I would check out the reviews before I would ever book at unit 3K Island Echos.

Clean but older property. Excellent beach view and access.

Our stay at island echoes was nothing but stressful and cock roach infested. After the place was fumigated it stunk and right out in the open was a half dead huge cock roach. We were shuffled around all week and never could unpack. The only communication was when we stopped what we were doing and went to the office. Just to get were sorry but no action. Light fixtures were dirty and in serious need of a deep cleaning and updating.
