The staff was very rude I tried to have a conversation with the mgr however mid sentence hi would walk away it was over me getting a handicapped room I told him my mother could not walk. He repeatedly told me I could not park in front of the room in the handicapped area . I told him if he thought I was wrong then call the police we had a handicapped plate in the system. He was very rude and in professional if you don’t like customer service waste your money here this guy has no customer service at all

We stayed here for one night and while the room was very clean. I am glad we were not staying there the whole time. We got a room with 2 beds. One was as hard as a rock and the other was a bit better. But both beds made awful sounds when you moved around. Sounded like a giant stomping. The pool was nice and well maintained. But it is all the small side. I advise if you stay here bringing a mattress topper.lol.

I booked this place through Booking.com after checking reviews — which I now believe were completely misleading or fake. This stay was absolutely awful. We paid nearly $200 per night for a place that honestly shouldn’t cost more than $60, and even that would be generous given the conditions. Here’s what we experienced: Roaches crawling on the walls Strong mold smell throughout the room Disgusting carpets - kept shoes on at all times, was afraid to walk barefoot or in socks. Sheets and bedding with burn marks and stains, in a supposed non-smoking room Curtains visibly stained with orange blotches — easily seen even from outside the building Broken glass and dog poop in the parking lot Uncomfortable mattress that felt ancient and filthy No in-person staff — you check in and out using a kiosk with someone on a screen There was zero hospitality. The lobby was empty, cold, and unwelcoming. We genuinely felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I left half of my belongings in the car because I was afraid they'd get contaminated by the state of the room. At one point, we seriously considered sleeping in the car instead. I deeply regret not taking photos, because this place was truly revolting. This was the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had, and I will never return. Do yourself a favor — AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
