Seabreeze Inn

Our stay at Seabreeze Inn was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The booking process alone should have been a warning sign. It took three separate phone calls just to successfully make a reservation because no one seemed able to help us, and the woman who finally assisted us was very rude. When our plans changed, we called to cancel the reservation. The manager refused to issue a refund and claimed that we had been told at the time of booking that the reservation was non-refundable. That is simply not true—this was never mentioned during the reservation process. While we were still on the phone, the manager immediately charged our card, refused to work with us, and then hung up on us. The customer service was completely unprofessional. Unfortunately, the room itself was just as bad. There were only two towels provided, and they smelled awful. The pillows also stunk. The room had a strong moldy smell, the walls were dirty, and dust was everywhere. The refrigerator was filthy, covered in a white powder, and barely kept anything cold and lacked a freezer. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Between the poor cleanliness, unpleasant odors, and extremely poor customer service, I would not recommend staying here. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements so future guests don’t have the same experience.

Only stay at this hotel if there are no other hotels left to choose from. There are extra charges beyond 2 ppl they dont tell you about when booking through a 3rd party. Save your money and put it towards a room btwn $140-$190, cause it will be cleaner w better amenities.

My family has gone to the hotel three times in the last 5 years. They've always been very respectful and nice. I would not have a problem going back there again
