Stayed here one night passing through Gainesville. Mistakenly booked because I thought it was one I stayed in before. The good: Walking distance to Circle K, Applebees and Waffle House. Front staff was friendly and helpful. The one young lady even brought my receipt to my room after her printed quit earlier. Room was clean Bed was comfortable AC worked well Good water pressure and hot water. Literally right off I-75 The not-so-good The price was inexpensive and the place reflected it. Appeared old and run down. Parking was tight and some construction crew trucks we’re literally taking up one whole side. People milling about outside rooms and had one guy talking on his phone outside my room until 10pm.

We happed upon this hotel because we missed check in time at our other hotel. This place is open 24 hours. The beds are clean. The staff is not the friendliest people. I asked for a different bath rug because mine wasn’t clean the one they gave was worse. I would not recommend this place for more than a quick stop on your way to better places. Quick note I should have said most staff not friendly the lady checking us inn was very nice. I’m giving this a rating of 3 was gonna be a 2 but liked the desk clerk

I thought I had already left a review before. We stayed here during hurricane Irma for 4 or 5 nights. Alan Patel, the general manager was very helpful and pleasant. He affectionately called me Sherlock, because my umbrella had the carving of Sherlock Homes. I can't remember the name of the girl that worked the front desk, but she was very nice also. The rooms were very adequate and housekeeping provided very well. It was nice to have a washer and dryer available on the premise, too. Save a room for us in the event of another hurricane evacuation.
