RAMADA HOLLYWOOD DOWNTOWN

This hotel was booked from a 3rd party. Our first impression was not great. We went to our non smoking room and it reeked of smoke and weed. Luckily the smell dissipated after a day. I thought the breakfast was a nice touch. But the best amenity was the uber to/from the airport. That was very much appreciated. I do wish we were infor.ed of the water station to refill up on. Didnt see that until the last night there when I was checking out the store corner. The rooms were fine and since we were kn vacation, we really didnt need the room for much else other than sleeping and getting ready. Ultimately, we enjoyed our stay and weekend.

Staff were very friendly and attentive to needs - especially Faye (I believe that was the front desk daily member). No loud noises and great downtown atmosphere. Overall a great value and stay. The reason for 4 not 5 stars was based on the many renovations underway.
