Beach Palms

We had the pleasure of staying in unit #506 which was the cleanest rental we have experienced in our 20+ years of Florida vacations! The unit was fully equipped with everything necessary to include extras such as beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, toys, canopy and more. This unit is directly on the beach with a full ocean view. The owners were so kind and helpful. Truly a "Peach on the Beach"!

Never rent at this place. Too many old residents that control the whole place. If they do not like what are doing , you they will terminate your rental. They have nothing better to do then spy on the renters. There is plenty of other great places on the beach. The property manager is horrible. He is finding ways to make your trip miserable. They will take your money then kick you out. They ruined our family trip ! The key thing sucks too. You can not go anywhere with out a elevator key or a pool key . Not very convenient for a family with kids or friends visiting. Find another place to enjoy beach!!

The place was clean and really cute.Manager was quick to respond during our stay but after we checked out no response. (We forgot our fishing poles and wanted to retrieve them but got no response) Beds felt worn out and you can't set temperature to cool below 70 so sleeping wasn't great for us. Pool very nice and well maintained. Pool area is set so that guest have some privacy from other buildings which was nice.. Beautiful walk to the beach and nice wheelchair ramp from second floor to the pool area.I purchased my own non stick pans as everything stuck to theirs. We found dishwasher full of dishes which needed a rewash but that was not big deal.
