Very upset that they did not give us a credit or refund on our deposit when the world was globally shut down with the Microsoft issues..We couldn’t find any flights at all, we tried to even go on...

I love this hotel! I stayed here 3 nights last June and I only stayed 2 nights this time because they were booked. Hotel is old Key West… i had a huge balcony overlooking the street with plush chairs...

Beautiful property located close to Duval and all popular activities. Rooms large and very clean. Front desk, Simona, so helpful. Would return.
