It was a great experience! Staff is very nice and friendly. The location is very good and the place is super clean! The view was amazing! Highly recommended!

We love Pines and Palms and have been coming for decades. The new Villa is very clean and ultra modern. Great pool and very comfy beds. And they provided our newborn with a nice Pac n’ Play. We had our boat at the dock and had plenty of room to get in and out with a 25’ Grady White bay boat. It’s just minutes from Alligator Reef once you get out of the well marked channel. Definitely will return next year!

What a wonderful place! Our beachfront unit was in the perfect location—we truly could not have asked for a better spot. Everything exceeded our expectations: the amenities, staff, service, location, beautifully maintained grounds, pool, and unit itself were exactly what we hoped for and more. We stayed for three nights over Labor Day weekend, when I believe every unit on the property was occupied, yet the resort never felt crowded. It genuinely felt as though we had our own private beach and resort. This property has so much to offer and would be ideal for extended-family vacations or gatherings. We will definitely be back! Kudos to the new owners and their hard work and dedication that went into renovating the resort.
