the week i went they were under construction so i would be wet from the beach and had to use the elevator to go back to my room but they were under construction (everytime i’ve been here they have been under construction) they had wet cement on the floor where the elevator is when u step out. also the pool is fine but there is an age restriction for the pool and i’m sixteen and there’s no way there’s a worker telling me i can’t go to the pool but i can drive on the highway. also i didn’t have a good experience because it’s very hard to sleep at night it’s very very noisy. whether it’s outside or the neighbors in other hotel rooms or people screaming down the hallway at like 11 pm it was not a good experience. the service is just ehhh because they don’t really talk to you and the workers don’t seem happy. i guess the only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast food because they have a waffle machine and the location of how close it is to the beach. however there are so many hotels close to the beach.

Our daughter's family stayed here last week. Last day, they checked out and went to get into their rental to go to the airport but the car was gone. They told the hotel and they replied it was towed. When they checked in they were told the car didn't need a parking tag displayed because they only needed their room key which allowed them to enter the gated parking lot. Then, they told them it was towed to an impound lot because they didn't have a parking tag displayed. Many cars had been towed. My daughter had to Uber to the airport. Avis had the car back that same evening and said her account was closed but she may have fees later on because of the tow. The hotel told her she would be responsible for the towing, impound lot, and fill up of gas for the car. She locked her credit card. The hotel General manager will not call her back after several messages that she left for him. She is now going to call corporate to get some answers. Her friend was also there who had her own Florida registered vehicle. She was told the same thing about not needing a parking tag in her car. Her car was not towed. Sounds like something very wrong is going on.
