Holiday Inn Jacksonville I-95 Baymeadows

Checked in on a Sunday and not a good first impression. Hotel has a restaurant Rio that on Sundays locals go to for an all day till 8:00 pm Hip Hop brunch. It’s super loud outside crowded and with hood vibes. Next the hotel looks tired unkept, our room had no AC, you can’t reach the front desk from your room Won’t be coming back

Location is in need of repairs, grounds, room, carpets, elevator certificates expired 2023,the entrance via a another business parking lot, ects.. I feel as I was taken advantage because I had already paid for the room two days not a good location but great staff is there

Worst sewage smell ever in the whole room...a lot of rooms were affected by this...crappy looking hotel...stained lamp covers, dirty carpet and the bathroom was very dingy looking...I literally had to buy incense and an air freshener just to be able to sleep...many other rooms were reporting the same thing
