Casa Marina Waldorf Astoria

I had an AMAZING stay at Casa Marina Resort! I cannot say enough about the staff, in particular Dewa, in Guest Services who was vey accommodating in EVERY WAY. He anticipated needs and also upgraded my ocean view home to an oceanfront suite. My purpose for this trip was twofold: a much needed retreat, and also scouting our properties to host a future retreat (as a travel advisor life coach. As I was also celebrating my birthday, every attention to detail and special amenities were appreciated! The location 10/10 My ocean view room 10/10 Amenities 10/10 Food 10/10 The property 10/10 This property is steeped in rich history of days gone by - think “Gilded Age” I loved learning about it. The property underwent an $80 million renovation in 2024 which retaining its architectural integrity. While touring Casa Marina Resort (Curio Collection by Hilton), I learned that the Curio Collection is known for bringing the destination into the property; and this is evident throughout. It’s perfect for weddings, anniversaries, solo travelers, family and affinity groups, as well retreats. I also had the opportunity to tour its sister property, The Reach Key West, a smaller boutique property which guests have reciprocal amenities such as dining and pool areas. Special thanks to Tom, Destiny, Kelly and Masha for all you did to enhance my stay at your WONDERFUL resort. I so look forward to returning and hosting trips and retreats at Casa Marina Resort.

Overall I would recommend this hotel. We went on a family vacation this past August. The lobby has real “old Florida” charm, the room we had was your average hotel room and the housekeeping was “so,so”. The facilities were nice and the staff was polite and attentive. Parking was not free and expensive. The breakfast buffet that was included in our Costco package was excellient!

She was very professional and kind. The coffee bar was packed and she was a rock star. I wish more people were like her.
