Hyatt Beach House Resort, A Hyatt Residence Club Resort

Our second time staying here and we plan on coming back again! The resort is well maintained, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of assistance setting up excursions with discounts, Love the fishing as well as snorkeling. I wish they had a fitness room, but we rented bikes for the week and got plenty of exercise in!

The place itself is very beautiful, very tiny beach (don't expect to put your towel there; there are only 2 chairs that can fit). Only one large pool so easily crowded and a nice little bar. The apartments are very well appointed with beautiful views and a large terrace. No gym, no housekeeping scheduled even if you stay more than a week and an extra charge to pay if you request housekeeping for each visit. Given the price of the resort fee, it's a bit excessive because no one helps you with your luggage either. For this price, they could do better

We had a fantastic week at the Hyatt Beach House. Check‑in was a breeze, and Dee at the front desk set the tone—warm, welcoming, and happy to answer every question. The staff throughout the property was consistently pleasant and accommodating. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with small smart TVs and a beautiful gulf‑facing balcony that delivered stunning sunsets every night. The only issue worth mentioning is the dishwasher—it’s definitely seen better days and doesn’t fit well in its space, so getting the door to close properly was a challenge. But it did work, and truly, it was the only thing in the room I could even consider a complaint. The property offers plenty to enjoy: a zero‑entry pool (max depth 4 ft) with lots of floats, plus a ping‑pong table. The beach area has corn hole, oversized Jenga, and jumbo Connect Four. The water does have sargassum and sea grass, so it’s not ideal for swimming, but the beach itself is still a nice bonus for relaxing. The location is great—close enough to Key West attractions and Duval Street for easy access, yet far enough to stay quiet and peaceful. A dock right next door makes booking excursions like sunset cruises and night kayaking incredibly convenient. And of course, the famous Key West roosters roam the property, adding to the charm. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, pleasant place with beautiful views, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere—not too far from everything—I’d definitely recommend Hyatt Beach House.
