Wow! Came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary based on the pictures and reviews, normally stay at the Cheeca Lodge... I genuinely do not understand how this resort has a 4.7-star rating because our experience was absolutely awful. We checked out a full day early because we couldn’t wait to leave. The only bright spot of our stay was the two women who checked us in. They were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Unfortunately, everything after that went downhill. Our “renovated” room was dirty upon arrival. The linens did not appear clean, and there were cigarette wrappers on the bathroom floor. The room felt neglected, not refreshed. The bar raised even more concerns. Several liquor bottles had faded, peeling labels from sitting in the sun, and many were filled completely to the top, which immediately seemed unusual. I watched what was supposed to be Casamigos Silver being poured, yet it was a yellow rust color and tasted nothing like Casamigos. I can’t say exactly what was in the bottle, but it certainly did not look or taste like the premium liquor we ordered. It was enough to make us stop ordering drinks altogether. The service throughout the rest of the resort was indifferent at best, and the overall atmosphere felt run down despite the recent renovations. Nothing about this property matched the glowing reviews we read before booking. We ordered mules at Little Limón which were terrible, all lemon juice, we kindly asked to switch the drinks for a bottle of wine, from that point forward the bartender was so offended, she refused to make eye contact with us, super immature. We then went to dinner at Kindler, the food was incredible but then here comes the bill, I ordered a glass of wine and there double charges for my wine, my husbands bourbon, charged us for club soda, all super odd. We left a day early because we’d rather drive home than spend another night here. This was one of the most disappointing resort experiences we’ve had, and I would not recommend Three Waters Resort to anyone. We left and checked into Cheeca Lodge

Had dinner at Kindler Brian took great care of us. Major great experience will be back soon. The kid knows his stuff. 🙌
