It was close to all the places we wanted to go and having single bungalows was perfect. Stayed in 121. Staff was extremely helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t say enough good things about the staff. Although severe weather and flights delays caused me to miss my first night, the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome once I arrived. A special thank you to Kia for her warmth and kindness, and to General Manager Jesse Martinez for taking the time to review my situation. Even though the missed night was due to circumstances completely outside of the hotel’s control, Jesse graciously provided me with a credit for that night. That gesture meant a great deal to me and truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to outstanding guest service. The hotel is a hidden gem in Old Town. The rooms are comfortable, the location is fantastic, and the hospitality is second to none. I highly recommend staying here and will absolutely be returning on my next trip to Key West.
