Budgetel Inn Kissimmee

We were in town for our daughters dance competition which was also valentines weekend. Everything was booked!!! Budgetel had openings. Upon reading reviews of 1/5 🌟's I found a place somewhere else but my bf already pd. Upon going to room 120, the door did not even need the key to open; it was broke. Upon entering we tried the bolt lock, which also didnt work and open the door right up. I went to the office and asked for a refund and that we werent going to stay. The very rude lady at the desk said they did not offer refunds after 30min. I said my receipt stated 1:03pm and your clock says 1:31, U still had two min. I threatened to call the BBB. She said she was the owner and still refused refund. She called the "manager and security" on her walkie-talkie. I said if you're the owner, why do you need to call the mgr?? Then they proceeded to talk spanish in front of me. She than changed her mind to a 10 min no refund policy. I got very upset and said I was calling the cops. The security guy said for me to leave or he was calling the cops for trespassing!! Needless to say we called our cc company and cxld/refuted the charge!!! By the way, there were prostitutes or someone arguing outside in the parking lot.

We thought the name was a good find, so went inside to see if the had a room. I walked up to the man behind the desk and saw this printed piece of paper stating "no refund after 10 minutes use of the room". Need I say more? No

This hotel is the worst ever. Don't know how they even are sold on a web site. The should be shut down. All the workers live here and you may not get cleaning services but once in a week. Bring your own towels because you may not get any then if you have a family you may have to share one towel. I never wrote a review but my stay was so horrible I had to.
