Todo en el hotel nos encanto, locacion , precio, limpieza, sercicio al cliente, areas recleativas, cuidado del lugar, sin contar la belleza del paisaje. Ciertamente volveremos! Muchas gracias a todos y a Cristina. We loved everything about the hotel: the location, price, cleanliness, customer service, recreational areas, and the upkeep of the place, not to mention the beautiful scenery. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much to everyone and to Cristina.

So let me start off by saying that I have visited this property before and we had a good experience. Not sure what happened from last year to this year, but the property has fallen into disrepair. The rooms are not cleaned well and the staff was not friendly. One of the front desk people told us that a new company took over and they are making a lot of changes. A bunch of new faces working there too and they really need lots of customer service training, especially at the front desk and in housekeeping. The man cleaning outside seemed nice but didn't speak English. Avoid this place at any cost. We are planning to stay at one of their sister resorts for New years, let's hope we have better luck there.

Worst experience ever! Pool was dirty, had to go to the front desk for a pool towel. Why wouldn't you keep them by the pool? Also there was smokers puff up like a chimneys. Mattress was incredibly hard and the staff at the front desk was unfriendly and rude and on their phones.
