Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lake Buena Vista East

The hotel is excellent, exceptional. The service is excellent, exceptional. The breakfast is on another level, very good, and the service provided by Amor Gonzalez and Marcia was very good and excellent. Thank you for everything. In the future, I hope to return.

I booked a room with 2 beds, but when we arrived the front desk told us they were booked and upgraded us to a king suite which means 2 of us would be sleeping on the flimsy pull out couch (not an upgrade). The room floors we filthy and sticky. The towel rack was breaking a part so our towels kept falling on the ground. The closet was missing a hinge so it could not close fully and was hanging for dear life. When we tried to shower the water was cold. We also couldn't close the curtains . They were stained terribly. I wanted to puke! The whole experience sucked. I booked 2 night but had to cancel the next night since it was later when we arrived. They offered to move us to another room for the next night but if the first room was filthy then why would the new room be better?

The room was very clean and spacious. Their free breakfast buffet amazed me, one of the best I've ever seen! It had many choices like pancakes, waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and so much more and it all tasted delicious. After a long day of sight seeing we would end the night in the hot tub. The staff was also super friendly and accommodating. We definitely would stay here again.
