Legacy Dunes Resort by SanCan Management

This 4 bedroom condo is in great shape, well maintained, ground floor and very clean! There are newer Purple mattresses on all the beds..very comfortable. It is located in a quiet part of the gated complex and across from the pickelball courts. We have been staying there for 9 years during January and February. The owner as well as the cleaner/manager are always prompt if an issue arrives. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores all nearby as well as Margaritiville complex within a mile. The owner also has a 2 bedroom ground floor unit to rent. So much better than a hotel room!

We stayed at Legacy Dunes for the second time in three years. We used VRBO rather than Go Disney because the communication before we arrived, during our stay and after was so much better with the VRBO agent. We were in the first floor in building 12 in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The condo was spotlessly clean with extra tp, laundry soap, dishes, pots and pans, towels, even beach towels. It’s hardwood floor which keeps it cleaner. There were tvs in all bedrooms and newer appliances. The property is well maintained, and has two pools, volleyball, children’s playground, tennis, game and workout rooms, and a golf hitting net. It’s so centrally located with Disney close by and beaches about an hour away, and golf courses are close. The second pool isn’t heated but it’s refreshing and often less populated. It was steps from the condo. The only reason this is a 4 star review is the fact that the living room furniture is extremely hard and not comfortable. The beds are great but sitting in the living area is challenging.

We spent 6 weeks in Mary's Ground Floor 4 Bedroom Condo at Legacy Dunes. The condo is spacious and tastefully decorated, it is very clean and well equipped with all we needed for a comfortable long term stay. The condo would be suitable for a remote working staycation as it has excellent wi-fi. The Legacy Dunes gated complex is very well maintained and quiet with a mix of permanent and holiday residents. The heated pool and other facilities are all very good with plenty of parking and a convenient location for Disney and nearby supermarkets and restaurants.
