Lighthouse Key Resort And Spa

The Berkley is an outstanding, small, second to none, hidden gem of a resort in Orlando. It has excellent friendly staff and great facilities such as daily activities for all the family and excellent pool facilities with towels available. They have thought of everything to make your stay pleasurable. The 3-bedroom apartment which was located on the 4th floor was spacious enough for our family for everyone to have a comfortable bed without using the sofa. It was spacious with excellent facilities for the whole family to enjoy their own space. This elevated location overlooking the lake allowed us to watch from the luxury of our large balcony the fireworks from Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Epcot and even the Fantasmic fireworks from Hollywood studios. The staff were attentive to our needs, very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay and always went that extra mile to make our stay pleasurable and enjoyable. For example, when we had an issue with lights in one of the bedrooms maintenance, was there within minutes and promptly fixed the problem. Excellent service. From the start of our holiday, the excellent staff always gave their attention to their clients. From the day we arrived we felt as if nothing was to much trouble for the staff, in fact we felt as if we were family. When we arrived, we expected to have a timeshare presentation as per other resorts but the Berkley did not offer nor does it do it as they want people to enjoy their holidays free from any timeshare presentation selling. Very refreshing attitude and one which other resorts could learn from. Apart from the facilities and the excellent staff, the location is close to all parks and shopping and food outlets which makes it a resort which is up to the high standards in a perfect location for your holiday. Very highly recommended.

The Berkeley Orlando was very a great spot for our Florida vacation. The staff were always so helpful, the rooms and grounds were clean, and the location was fabulous! We will definitely be back

As a family of 5, having space was important. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and it truly was perfect for us. The balcony was spacious as well. We never felt like we were all on top of each other. The drive to Universal was about 35 minutes so we had to plan for that extra time. Overall though, we loved the coziness of the resort.
