Magical Memories Villas

Property manager was rude and disrespectful. We had our booking for 3 nights. The second day we received a call telling us we needed to leave and that the cleaning crew was outside waiting for us . I explained to the property manager how we paid for 3 nights instead of two she said she didn’t get involved in that and it wasn’t her problem and that we had a couple minutes to leave.We then called IPG customer service the lady on the phone was also rude yelling at us telling us the property manager was right and she was only doing her job. They never thought to find out why we were treated that way they just automatically assumed we were wrong. I had to send emails so they could see how the confirmation said 3 nights and we had already paid for it. She then apologized and her excuse was that the company had recently changed. To compensate they offered an extended checkout time. Will not be back. Do not recommend unless you want to get kicked out 2 days early. Worst company ever not to mention the house was dirty and disgusting.

We just spent 6 great nights in the Whitby Condo at Windsor Hills rented through Magical Memories Our condo was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Windsor Hills resort is very close to Disney Word, and there are many restaurants, small shops and a giant Walmart very close by. The rental process with Magical Memories was quick, easy and everyone we delt with was very friendly and helpful.

My family and I goes on vacation every year twice to be exact. We usually booked with some other company but we saw this magical memories that offers houses and villas for vacationing everything was going okay until we got to the place it was nothing compared how it shines on the pictures they have dirty carpets, beds that are so hard you can even feels the spring and on top that there only two TVs in the entire house, how you gonna rent a 4 bedroom house with only 2 TVs? They claimed that all information is on the website everything that is included, which is not true. My recommendation to you is to look for another website that is not magical memories because for the price they charge is not worthy. Trust me there's better places you can rent for better quality. And the staff are so unprofessional.
