I have to say I found my stay here relaxing and me and my fiance had a beautiful room...The staff was so friendly and made sure we had everything that we needed. The rooms are up to date and the beds are so comfortable we will definitely come back I recommend this place to anyone

I booked this hotel for my son at the last minute with my credit card online. I did not realize that there would be a charge of $125 cash as a deposit to check in. My son did not have cash so I called to ask if they could just keep my credit card as a deposit. They wanted cash only . When I tried to cancel my reservation, which I had made not 30min before, they refused to refund me.I have never been asked to provide cash as a deposit for any hotel.

This place is falling apart ugly and uninviting don’t be fooled by the pictures. Night employee was rude and even told us she didn’t get paid enough to deal with this. Only because my husband asked about leaving the deposit with a credit card.’ATM wasn’t working. Room didn’t even had a shower curtain. In the morning employee had to check our room before us leaving. I have to say a $40 motel would be better and it is NOT close to Disney. This place should close down and never ever have guests again. Horrible the worst.
