a family resort near the parks and downtown Disney. Only has one pool, but it is quite large. they have mini golf a spa and kids' playground. They also have tennis courts and a market which is very convenient.

We were trying to have a good time with our friends when a lady at the front desk told us that they were too busy and couldn’t let people in even though the parking lot was empty and nobody at the pool so we asked for the manager and he let us that’s why I am writing this message for the concern

I just wanna start off just saying I don’t normally give a resort a terrible review but this is very unacceptable. I’ll start by saying the check-in was a great and speedy process, but that’s where it stops once I got into my villa I started my high touch area cleaning and once I reached the master bedroom, I pull the sheet back and discovered a stain on the fitted sheet and I’ll just say it seemed like someone had just finished on the sheet. And then there’s stains on the top sheets and comforter and then to told by Judith that we could give you a late checkout and take off one day of your resort fees. I asked to speak with the manager with I was told his name is Christoper Cruz he was very dismissive about the situation. This has been the worse experience I’ve had at Star Island and it’s sad also being that I’m a Wyndham Owner.
