Super 8 Lake Wales Fl

The location was nice. It was right on the corner of hwy 60 and 27 easy access The atmosphere there was nice except for the maintenance man he is very rude. He does not like doing his job with using profanity. He even went to the lengths of cussing at me as I was walking away. I would not recommend this motel to anyone that doesn't like to be cussed at, degraded, insulted ,belittled or harassed. The lady that checked me in was very nice. I will not ever stay here again the room smell funny like mold. There was a gap between the baseboard and the floor. I am just very unsatisfied with how my trip transpired from the time I got to the motel to the time I left was maybe an hour tops due to the obese white man.

We were on a road trip and needed a place to stop by that would accept my little chihuahua as well. No frills and everything you need is there. Whenever we stop by in this area, this is our "go to" place.

Sketchy and weird from outside. Needed a last minute room just for the night. Blankets on both beds were stained and dirty (gross!), toilet seat was dirty (think brown in a couple of places), and bath towel had stains. I really needed a shower, and had to use my t-shirt to dry myself. Who knows if they even change the sheets and pillow cases. Not sure why but I feel bad in sharing the pictures. (Gross)
