Perfect. I live in central Florida and took a trip to the Keys for the first time. I am in my 60s, not looking to party but definitely not dead yet . I booked online and every interaction with Lime Tree Bay Resort was easy and friendly. My room was amazing. Walked out the door and the gulf, pool (amazing) and beach was right there! Inside my room was clean, a/c was cold! August in Florida is no time for lame a/c! Little things like ice machine, interacting with staff at hotel and Long Key Restaurant onsite was really enjoyable. The place is so great, even all the other guests were in a good mood. I would stay here again as it is perfect location, and never once did I feel unsafe even though I was by myself. It was quiet at night and they really take pride and care with their property. But don't tell everybody!

Wonderful little resort. The place to chill. Lovely beach which you can snorkel from, free bike, kayak, and paddleboard usage and more!

As we were driving from Fort Lauderdale to Key West, we wanted to spend a night somewhere in the Keys before reaching Key West for the main part of our vacation. Lime Tree Bay Resort turned out to be the perfect place to start our trip. The property is beautifully maintained and sits right on the water, creating a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the fishing dock, the inviting pool area, and the many hammocks and deck chairs scattered throughout the grounds. Even though it's a smaller resort, there are so many cozy places to relax, take in the views, or simply unwind that it feels much larger than it is. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a restful night's stay. The location is also excellent, with plenty of great restaurants, local attractions, and fun activities just a short drive away. If you're looking for a quiet waterfront retreat with beautiful views and easy access to everything the Keys have to offer, this is a wonderful choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return the next time we're traveling through the Florida Keys.
