Madeira Bay Resort Spa

Great place with very friendly and helpful staff. Our luggage was lost by the airlines and Kate was on duty at midnight to accept delivery of our bag and held it overnight for us. Thanks Kate for listening to our horror story and accepting and holding our bag for us until the morning.

The property calls itself a resort but the only amenity is a pool that is too small for the complex. There are burned out bulbs and batteries, kitchen supplies are minimal and what is provided is warm out (had to purchase what is needed but the biggest complaint is the warm out bed that is very uncomfortable and squeaky when you move. The front desk could not have cared less! We were told that the units were individually owned and there was nothing they could do. DO NOT BOOK AT MADEIRA BAY RESORT. Horrible accommodation…,,

Three adults stayed in #13101 (Madeira BayResort 1) for 5 nights. Although adequate for our needs the condo was lacking in a couple of areas. Pros- Spotless Condo and spotless hallways. Quiet. Didn’t hear any street traffic from the bedroom that was overlooking busy Gulf Blvd. Comfortable, firm beds. Short walk to John’s Pass. Plenty of free garage parking. Cons- No laundry detergent in condo. Called but took two days to have it delivered. This condo is SMALL. No closet in second bedroom and closet in the master bedroom was quite small and stuffed with many pillows. Summary- The pros definitely outweigh the cons and my family will definitely consider staying here in the future.
