Best beach vacation ever. This place is the definition of serenity and luxury. We have never felt so cared for as we have during our stay at the JW Marriott Marco Island. Darren and Mike at Kane and Sean and Christan at the Beach were the most attentive, professional and friendly staff we’ve met. Their service rivals that of any luxury resort we’ve been to anywhere in the world.

DIRTY ROOMS at a HIGH COST! As a Marriott Platinum Elite member this is my family’s 5th time visiting the JW Marriott at Marco Island and unfortunately, the last time. We walked into our adjoining sunset suite room and saw clumps of hair in the shower and clumps of hair on the floor. The bathroom vent is clogged with dust and the toilet paper holder is falling off the wall. There is dried up food on the couch. There is clumps of hair in the hallways and dried up stained spilled drinks. This is the worst we’ve ever seen here and not worth the $8k we are being charged for these two rooms. I spoke to manager Douglas Dean and he apologized and offered credit for food…while we stay in the dirty room. Why not move us to a clean room?!? Horrible! We will be checking out early and not be returning for a 6th annual trip. It’s sad to see this once great resort fall to unacceptable level of mismanagement and disorder.

Dolly was amazing ! From the moment we stepped into the restaurant Dolly got us mimosas and coffee ! She was so sweet and attentive the whole time and also so polite and patient. Because of her, I will be back for sure !
