Bars B&B South Beach Miami Boutique Hotel

This hotel operates with deeply unethical practices. Be very cautious when booking through a third party. They cancelled our reservation without notifying us and appeared ready to resell the room at a higher price. Customer service was clearly not a priority, only profit. During this ordeal, I dealt with Barbara Weiss, who was extremely unhelpful and gave multiple contradictory explanations. First, she claimed that I had cancelled the reservation, which was completely false. Then she said the third party, TripAdvisor, had cancelled it, yet TripAdvisor confirmed that the reservation was still active on their end. Finally, she claimed that the payment had not gone through, despite the fact that it had been successfully processed four months before our trip. The most concerning part is that if we had not called three days before our arrival for an unrelated question, we would have shown up late in the evening with no valid reservation. This experience showed a complete lack of concern for customers and a strong focus on maximizing profit at the expense of honesty and reliability.

Caution, they had cancelled us a week before arrival, our reservation. For me, this is a scam. So be careful when booking this accommodation.

Excellent, look no further.
