Best Western Plus Miami Airport West Inn and Suites

Terrible experience, never again; thieves charged us twice for the first day of the stay, both on Booking with the registered card and with the card presented for the remaining stay on the first day at the hotel; dirty hotel, the key card to enter the room didn't work, we changed 10 of them; meager, poor, and useless breakfast; unusable pool, and it hadn't been described to us at the time of booking; they sent us to the Disfrute hotel, but that was also dirty and small; dirty hotel; the room was cleaned only once in 5 days.

My stay was great! The Brazilian lady at the front desk was very receptive, kind and lovely (I’m sorry i don’t remember her name). After my room was assigned and I noticed I would be on the ground floor, I went back to her and requested for a higher floor, as a solo traveler, I would feel safer. She was very kind and friendly and quickly assisted me with the change. Room seems a bit vintage style, but is huuuge and made my stay very comfortable! Good breakfast (with waffles maker). Parking is free! Great location (although in my opinion a car is necessary) I would stay again!

I do not recommend it. Everything was dirty and poorly attended; there were hairs in the bathroom and on the sheets, a bad smell in the hallway carpets, and the floor in the room.
