Homestead Miami Airport Blue Lagoon

This place feels very neglected. The floors were filthy, like they’re never mopped. My room was damp and musty smelling, and the cover of the exhaust fan in the bathroom ceiling was almost completely clogged. My brother’s room smelled fine so I think it was an issue specific to my room. My brother got locked out of his room and the staff were very sweet but didn’t have the resources to fix it until the next day. Pros: linens were clean, bed was fairly comfortable.

The rooms are very excellent but the breakfast is only for adults. It does not have milk for children

⭐ 1 star Bad experience. Horrible care from beginning to end. I was denied something basic: a towel. When I went to order another towel, they just told me I had to go back to my room to pick up the dirty towel and change it. They're literally miserating towels, which is ridiculous for any hotel/motel. In addition, the place is dirty, poorly cared for and smells very bad in the rooms and hallways. Lack of hygiene, lack of professionalism and lack of respect for the customer. I do not recommend it in any way. Bad hotel, not worth the money and would never come back. ⸻
