Kent Hotel

Convenient location, near lots to do. Rooms were old yet clean. With the value. Quiet and great customer service. Gabriela was an excellent front desk receptionist! She went above and beyond. She made our stay hella contactable and answered all questions and even gave us recommendations!

The hotel is very nice, it was renovated although it maintains some characteristics of the Art Deco style. The rooms are spacious and clean. The air conditioning works perfectly. The location is excellent, a few steps from all the attractions and meters from South Beach. The front desk staff is very attentive and always willing to help or recommend nice places. Special mention to Cristopher and Gaby who were super friendly. It was an impeccable stay. Highly recommended.

What a great experience, staff was overly nice to us the general manager Anthony is more than wonderful
