A disappointment, especially after having come several times. My experience at New Point Miami was, unfortunately, very disappointing. I have been to this hotel several times and precisely because I know it from before, I can say that the quality has clearly fallen. The room was dirty, very deteriorated, and in poor condition. During the stay, we even found cockroaches, which is absolutely unacceptable. The air conditioning also made a constant and very loud noise, making it difficult to rest. Added to this is that the beach service that was previously included is no longer offered, while the service received was very poor. The person working at the Front Desk is rude and has zero experience in customer service. The most disappointing thing is the contrast with my previous stays. I had never had such an experience at this hotel. One thing is a specific issue; quite another is finding a lack of cleanliness, deterioration, maintenance problems, pests, fewer services, and poor service all in one stay. I do not currently recommend this hotel. After several previous stays, this experience marks a turning point. Unfortunately, I will not stay here again.

We came as a family again since it was not the First time we had come here, but the level and quality dropped quite a bit, on this occasion we got room 1517, which the bathroom has no extractor, it must be the original one because of how old it is!, there is no kitchen, the curtain is stained and the air conditioning makes a terrible noise basically either you use the air or you sleep, both things at the same time is impossible! A shame, next time we will have to change places! Another thing, they no longer give out beach towels or umbrellas like before!

It is the worst thing I have seen in Miami in my life. Do not waste money going to this horror; it had already happened to my parents a few years ago, and this time it happened to us. We have been here since 8/5/26, luckily only for 3 days. The elevators do NOT work; by chance, ONE out of the 4 available works, which are never available because between the number of people there, plus the cleaning staff with their carts and the maintenance crew, it is impossible. The wait time is never less than 15 minutes and you almost always end up using the stairs. For those on the 7th floor and up, good luck with that. The building is super deteriorated, zero maintenance. The worst part? New Point! The apartment is totally ruined, the shower is broken, there is no place to put the toilet paper because it is broken, the outlets do not work, only 4 glasses and one is broken, super basic. The refrigerator has no shelves! The pillows are old, the bedspread is DIRTY AND STAINED, THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU BEACH TOWELS OR CHAIRS OR ANYTHING. Anyway, if you go to this dump of a building, at least book through Airbnb, as those apartments are fine and have everything that New Point does not. The parking lot scratched our truck because they use it like race cars, plus you have to wait a long time for them to bring it to you. I am never coming back.
